Location and setup
The foundation of any successful 12th Street Burgers franchise starts with choosing the right location.
We have an experienced network of approved commercial agents who will assist you in identifying and securing the optimal site for your diner, ensuring it meets our high standards for visibility, accessibility, and customer traffic.
Once a location is decided, we guide you through the setup process to transform the shell unit into a signature 12th Street Burgers diner. Our recommended fit-out company will handle the interior design, furnishings, decor, and signage, all tailored to create the perfect American-themed casual dining atmosphere.
If you prefer to use local suppliers, we are supportive so long as they meet our standards and offer competitive pricing.

Initial training and recruitment

Our comprehensive training programme teaches you the skills and knowledge needed to operate your diner efficiently and effectively. This includes how to recruit the brilliant staff who will make your franchise thrive day in, day out.
It begins with an intensive two-week course at our flagship Milton Keynes diner, covering all operational aspects, from food preparation and service standards, to health and safety regulations.
During this training, you will learn about our unique recipes, menus, and the operational procedures that set us apart. We also provide hands-on experience with our state-of-the-art POS system and other technological tools that streamline operations and enhance customer service.
Post-launch training
Training doesn’t start and end at our HQ.
You will also benefit from 10 days of onsite support post-launch. Our team will be there to help you and your staff transition smoothly into your new roles, addressing any challenges that arise and ensuring you are confident in your operations.
This hands-on training is crucial in the early days of your business and helps set the foundation for long-term success.
Ongoing operational support
